Every week, Diana Carreiro can be found in the offices of a young but growing Massachusetts biotech firm. Technically speaking, Diana is an employee of Genesis Consolidated Services. Genesis' secure data management tool keeps track of the company's payroll, employee data and personnel files. These management tools, an integral part of the services Genesis provides, would otherwise cost a company $5,000 - $25,000 depending on a company's need and compatibility.
Genesis also provides access to job listing boards and compensation data to help the company find the best employees and set competitive wages.
