We are seeking a Risk Management professional to join our team. The Risk Management Generalist supports our internal staff and our client base by administering various workers' compensation policies. This new role is responsible for following established standards and procedures for all matters relating to worker's compensation. Other tasks include; preparing and submitting accord applications, tracking and reporting claims from first report to closure, ensuring that policies are renewed and reconciled, maintaining compliance with OSHA 300 logs, data management within internal systems, and monthly reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a P&C license, 2 years experience in risk management, and must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the workers' compensation field. Basic understanding of premium rating, knowledge of underwriting tools such as SAGE, Best Underwriting Manual, Scopes Manual Rating Manuals and IRMI are a plus. Must be proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel.
