Genesis Consolidated Services, Inc. is the largest Professional Employer Organization (PEO) headquartered in New England. We’re privately held which means we serve our clients needs, not those of investors. Genesis is accredited by ESAC in the PEO industry. ESAC accreditation is similar to the assurances offered by the FDIC for the banking industry, the Security Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) for the securities industry, and state insurance guaranty associations for the insurance industry. Today, only 24 out of over 700 PEOs operating in the United States have secured this prestigious designation. Genesis has continuously been accredited by ESAC since 1996.
For Genesis to succeed, our clients must succeed and grow. Over the years, an increasing number of mid-sized, New England companies have turned to Genesis to help them grow. For Genesis to meet the increased demand, the needs of a changing workforce and the increasing regulations and laws, we are continually improving our capabilities to better serve our clients.
Technology: Genesis developed software that provides a centralized, easy way for clients to view information. This proprietary software ties together payroll, HR, and accounting systems, giving Genesis a 360° view of clients’ businesses. Consolidating this information makes it easier to share information with clients and employees. And since we developed the software, we have the immediate flexibility to improve and evolve it as clients’ needs dictate, giving everyone improved peace of mind.
Communication: The Genesis Resource Center was created to allow business owners and employees access to a vast amount of information, regardless of the time of day they might need it. We identified the types of information most desired, and then created a user friendly and secure way to access it.
Expertise: Genesis has recruited experts in the areas of Finance, HR practices, Risk Management and Technology. The Genesis team is on top of the latest trends, laws and growing needs of clients. This team of experts plays a critical role in helping businesses meet the requirements of the MA Health Care Reform Act, improve workplace safety, and continually review partnerships to assure they are offering benefits that will attract and retain the best employees.
Teamwork: Since 1994, Genesis has added 32 additional employees to meet the needs of clients. Every client has a dedicated team of business partners to provide comprehensive service – service unparalleled in the market today.
Leadership: Genesis has been asked by the business community to play an increasingly important role in the development of small to mid-sized companies. Click here to see a list of the local business organizations in which we are active participants.
