Initial Meeting
Our Business Consultants take a collaborative approach to understanding your unique business needs and introduce examples of how the Genesis partnership brings value to your organization.

Information Gathering
General business information is shared by the prospect so that Genesis understands your industry, company culture, and expectations.

Request for Solution (RFS)
An RFS document is completed that provides Genesis with the necessary information to appropriately identify service needs and establish competitive pricing.

Solution Presented
A formal meeting is arranged to present the Genesis solution and answer any final questions.

Implementation & Orientation
Once you decide to partner with Genesis, we begin the implementation plan which focuses on employee communication and education. An employee orienatation introduces the Genesis partnership and provides the vehicle to enroll eligible employees into the benefit plans and programs.

Service Level Expectations
Service commitments are established and the best partnership approach is defined with your dedicated service team.
