Kathleen Harrison is a long tenured member of the Genesis team, and has served the organization in several capacities. Kathleen leverages her extensive human resource experience to identify unique opportunities for Genesis to add value to our client organizations.
Kathleen’s previous experience focused on the operations side of Genesis and in the field of Human Resource Management. Having held numerous HR positions in both large and small organizations, Kathleen understands the importance of effective management and employer compliance. For this reason, Kathleen is uniquely qualified to identify the most effective Genesis partnership solution.
Kathleen holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University. Kathleen is a volunteer board member for the Methuen YMCA.
As a member of the Genesis sales team, Kevin Mason consults with potential clients in order to fully understand their industry, company culture, and expectations. In doing so, Kevin can better determine client-specific service needs and identify exactly how Genesis can add value by strengthening the services and products of the client organization.
Kevin comes to Genesis with 6 years of human resource sales experience. This experience, along with Kevin’s organizational, analytical, and communication skills, allows him to effectively manage the entire sales process. By including other members of the Genesis team in the sales process, Kevin begins adding value to his clients immediately. This collaborative, team selling approach creates a smooth transition for every new client partnering with Genesis.
Kevin holds a BA in Communications from Villanova University and has completed numerous professional sales training programs during his 8 years of business to business sales experience.
